BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE
1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
1 cup kale
1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
To with 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
In a blender, add all of the ingredients in the order they are listed.
