Chocolate For The Holidays!

Now it’s your time, baby. It’s time to slow down and give yourself a chocolate treat. You deserve it.

This chocolate treat doesn’t come in a wrapper and will not end up on your hips as extra weight. Your weight loss goals are safe with me. And…it will kick your sugar craving to the curb. Double whammy!

It is possible to have a chocolate and still lose weight too. Share this easy chocolate creation with your family and friends on Christmas Eve and see how popular you’ll be as Santa flies around with his reindeer delivering his loot.

RAW CHOCOLATE WITH A KICK Ingredients 1 cup raw cacao powder 2-3 tablespoons raw honey or raw stevia powder (I use honey) 1 cup coconut oil or coconut butter 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon of cayenne 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

In a small bowl add the raw cacao, and then add the coconut oil. You can melt the coconut oil/butter or simply mix with a spatula. Then add the spices and a sweetener of choice. Then add water. Transfer mixture to a tray and put into the refrigerator or freezer for 20 minutes. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
