Jane Fond videos and eating cottage cheese were the “it” thing to do to stay healthy when I was growing up.
Just so you know, I have now moved on from cheese curd to much healthier foods (think green juice, green smoothies and quinoa) but still shake my groove thing with a fun aerobics videos, practice yoga on my matt or dance around my apartment singing to Lady GaGa.
I have always desired to live in a healthy body and live a healthy lifestyle.
Who am I?
I’m a woman who loves helping other women in over the age of 40 love the bodies they are living in. You can be sexy, hot and a bombshell at any age.
My name is Paige Hinton, and I have a health and lifestyle coaching business. I show professional women struggling with weight loss and low energy how to lose weight feeling radiant, confidant and extremely proud of they see in the mirror on a daily basis.
Talk about an enthusiastic goal.

Losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle does NOT have to be dreadful, boring or crunch granola (although I have a great granola recipe that is outstanding).
Eating whole foods, basically eating simple and from the earth, cleaning up your toxic load and expressing your beauty every day is the answer to so many problems we face as we look in the mirror. When you eat clean and detox the crap out of your body then it will be super easy to maintain be at their natural body size.

I’m so proud of myself because I went through a challenging break up many years ago ( I'm now extremely grateful that relationship ended) that lead to a coffee and muffin addiction.
During this extremely emotional time in my life I was studying to be a health coach but at the same time but couldn’t put the muffins down.
I would wake up every morning with a broken heart and had to go do something to take my mind off of my situation. So I went to Starbucks and would read the paper with a venti coffee and a blueberry muffin or pumpkin scone in the fall season.
It was my get away from life but I felt like a hypocrite.
Through my studies (I receive my Bachelors degree in Holistic Nutrition) and loving myself and healing a broken heart I was able to let go of food as my comfort.
I am now ecstatically happy living with my boyfriend, teaching yoga all over NYC and coaching other women to have their dream body at any age and loving life.
What I want YOU to get from reading this blog and following me is that anything is possible.
You can lose weight even if you have been heavy your whole life.
Remember, you are the creator of your life. Do you still want to create self-hate and disappointment in your body and life or do you want to create gratitude and love for your body, releasing the baggage and weight from years past.
I believe in you even if you don’t. As one of my mentors said “ borrow my belief in you until you create your own.”
